DVA Exercise Physiology: A Practical Path to Stronger Movement
Veterans may seek support for pain, reduced mobility, injuries, chronic health conditions, or the physical effects of demanding service and work. Symptoms can affect sleep, independence, family life, and confidence with exercise. A carefully tailored plan can help people build capacity without treating their goals as an afterthought. DVA exercise physiology gives eligible veterans access to individualised movement support under Department of Veterans' Affairs arrangements. The focus is not simply on doing more exercise. It is on understanding current ability, setting functional goals, and using appropriate activity to support health, mobility, strength, and day-to-day confidence.
